Return & Exchange Process
Contact Us for approval before shipping any returns or exchanges. This is necessary to process your refund or exchange efficiently. Refunds are contingent upon prior approval; items returned without this may not qualify for a refund. All shipping costs are non refundable. 

Returns
We offer a 30 day return policy from the date of receiving your original order. If 30 days have gone by since your purchase, please Contact Us for assistance. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it. It must also be in the original packaging. All shipping costs are non refundable. 

Several types of goods are exempt from being returned, such as; perishable goods, intimate or sanitary goods, hazardous materials, or flammable liquids or gases.

Some health and personal care items
All shipping costs are non refundable. 

To complete your return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

Please do not send your purchase back to the manufacturer.

There are certain situations where only partial refunds are granted (if applicable)
Items with signs of use
Any item not in its original condition, is damaged or missing parts for reasons not due to our error
Any item that is returned more than 30 days after delivery

Refunds (if applicable)
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable)
If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Sale items (if applicable)
Items marked as "clearance" or "final sale" are not eligible for returns or exchanges.

Gifts
If the item was marked as a gift when purchased, the original purchaser may Contact Us for support with a return or exchange.

We are able to issue a refund once we receive the product, not including any shipping costs. This includes the original shipping cost to send it to you and we are not responsible for the shipping costs to send it back to us. A refund will processed once we have checked in the returned product. 

You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Depending on where you live, the time it may take for your exchanged product to reach you, may vary.

Return Requirements
These requirements are necessary to protect the product from damage in shipment. Must follow these rules or a refund may not be available. 

Return Packages valued at USD $1.00-$99.99, must be returned with trackable USPS Ground Advantage Mail. Customer must provide tracking number after receiving return approval. 

Return Packages valued at USD $100+, must be returned with trackable USPS Priority Mail and insured for the total value of the returning items. Customer must provide tracking number after receiving return approval. 

Return Packages must be sent the same way it was sent to you. In a bubble mailer with product protection and all original packaging. This includes; bubble wrap, vials, jewelry boxes, etc. 

Return Package must include original invoice and/or name, order number, and reason for return.
